Mitratech - Managed Bill Review - Senior Product Manager
Requirements
• 6+ years in Product Management, with B2B enterprise software experience (corporate legal or finance preferred) • Track record of successfully developing and launching products within Fortune 1000 accounts • Demonstrated ability to design products that adapt to client-specific requirements across varied deployment models • Strong project management skills: document, socialize, and archive product artifacts effectively • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; able to influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders • A metrics-driven mindset with a track record of delivering measurable business outcomes • Experience leading distributed, multicultural teams • Working familiarity with AI tools and concepts relevant to document-heavy workflows, including generative AI assistants (Claude, ChatGPT), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), intelligent document processing (IDP), and model context protocol (MCP) • Familiarity with common development and collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office • Knowledge of corporate legal workflows in matter management and eBilling, or prior experience with ERP financial software • Exposure to integrating acquired product lines and developing alignment strategies across teams • Experience with platform product management and organizational alignment across multiple teams
Responsibilities
