Requirements
• You have 5+ years of full cycle sales experience, selling to technical audiences. • You have the drive and willingness to go deep on our product to carry a technical conversation with AI teams. • You are ready to roll up your sleeves and drive impact to exceed revenue targets. • You have a strong worth ethic, competitive drive, and you naturally inspire and motivate those around you. • You have thrived in environments where things are sometimes loosely defined and may have competing priorities or deadlines.
Responsibilities
• Prospecting and closing new business across the EMEA region. • Helping develop GTM strategy for Braintrust's AI observability platform. • Building and owning the entire sales process including customer engagement, contract negotiation, closure, retention, and renewals. • Navigating complex sales with technical teams through consultative conversations to win trust.
