Requirements

• 3+ years of closing experience in SaaS (as an Account Executive or similar) • Working with mid to large-sized customers • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills • Fluent in English AND Nordic • This position is hybrid, combining remote work with in-person collaboration at our Amsterdam, NL office two days per week (Tuesday and Thursday) • Experience with software sales (prospecting & closing) • Experience with Salesforce, leads, contacts, and opportunities • Maintaining clean Salesforce hygiene • Ability to manage a large number of prospects and opportunities simultaneously • Experience with Gong or similar workflow software • Skilled in selling a product against direct and indirect competitors

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and pursue new leads through direct outbound sourcing • Identify new opportunities across net new customers • Generate and close new pipeline across business segments and verticals through prospect engagements including cold calling, emailing, demos, negotiations and marketing activities of the company • Effectively manage a book of accounts, creating reliable forecasts, and working with management to close open pipeline to achieve sales quota • Develop and maintain expert knowledge on the features, benefits and application of Lucid suite offering • Understand the competitive landscape within their assigned book of business • Creatively explore and develop new markets, verticals, and personas • Other duties as assigned
