Responsibilities
• Targeted Strategic Pursuit: Identify and lead the pursuit of "Top 25" global financial institutions, developing bespoke account plans for Tier-1 banks, global asset managers, and national broker-dealers. • C-Suite Influence: Build and maintain deep, trust-based relationships with CXO-level stakeholders, aligning Jump’s AI roadmap with the client’s overarching digital transformation goals. • Complex Deal Architecture: Lead the negotiation of high-complexity, multi-million dollar contracts involving intricate legal, security, and data privacy requirements. • Cross-Functional Orchestration: Act as the "internal CEO" for your accounts, coordinating efforts across Product, Engineering, Legal, and Customer Success to ensure we over-deliver on strategic commitments. • Category Leadership: Serve as a thought leader in the FinServ AI space, helping institutional leaders navigate the transition from legacy workflows to AI-augmented operations. • Expansion Strategy: Beyond the initial "land," you will develop strategies for "expanding" Jump’s footprint across various business units and international geographies within the parent organization.
