Remote Mid EMEA EdTech Training and Development Manager Learning & Development Reporting Content Creation Coaching DeFi

Responsibilities

• Design and run our training programs and content, ranging from onboarding to workshops • Create and maintain training content, including e-learning modules, onboarding curricula, toolkits, and workshops • Support learning needs assessments by working closely with team leads • Organize and run training sessions as well as feedback cycles • Analyze training feedback and outcomes to continuously improve programs and content • Collaborate closely with our LMS and Data specialist to align metrics, analytics, and reporting processes • 2+ years of experience in L&D, training, or instructional design • Creative in content creation, balanced with a structured, self-directed way of working in a remote-first environment • Practical experience working with an LMS (as a user) • Good numerical instincts for interpreting training data • Fluent in English and German (C1+). • Based and authorized to work in Germany • Nice-to-haves • Experience with instructional design methods (e.g., ADDIE) • Experience with facilitation/workshop moderation • Experience or certification in coaching
