FormativGroup - Salesforce Business Analyst

• 5+ years of Salesforce administration or consulting experience, with background in project coordination, business analysis, or project management • Salesforce Administrator certification required (Business Analyst certification preferred). • Experience defining business processes, writing user stories, and gathering Salesforce requirements across multiple stakeholders and workstreams. • Proven ability to support Salesforce deployments including data migrations, third-party integrations, and configuration across B2B, B2C, and hybrid models. • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, reporting, and presenting insights clearly and accurately. • Skilled in Google Workspace, Salesforce products, and identifying/automating manual processes to improve efficiency. • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate, influence, and mentor junior team members. • Demonstrated ability to work independently, stay organized, manage priorities, and execute administrative and operational tasks with high attention to detail. • Adaptable, continuous learner with experience contributing to successful projects involving multiple stakeholders, dependencies, and evolving needs. • Location and Work Authorization • This is a remote role with potential periodic client travel. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States. • FormativGroup is unable to sponsor or assume sponsorship of an employment visa for this position. • Candidates must reside in one of the following locations: AL, AR, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DE, FL, GA, IA, ID, IL, IN, KS, KY, MA, MD, MI, MN, MO, NC, NH, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OK, OR, PA, TN, TX, VA, WI, or Washington, DC.
