Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (preferred). • Previous experience as a Sales Engineer, Solutions Consultant, or in a pre-sales technical role, ideally in AI automation, SaaS, or enterprise software. • Strong technical background, with proficiency in Python and experience with APIs or automation platforms (Blue Prism, Mulesoft, Databricks, Snowflake, etc.). • Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to engage with both technical and business stakeholders. • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. • Experience managing multiple opportunities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. • Startup experience is a plus, demonstrating adaptability and the ability to thrive in dynamic environments.
Responsibilities
• Partner with sales to understand client requirements and design technical solutions. • Deliver compelling product demonstrations, presentations, and proof-of-value to prospective clients. • Client Focus - Translate complex technical concepts into business value for both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Collaborate with internal teams, including Customer Success, Product and Engineering, to tailor solutions for client needs. • Respond to technical RFPs, RFIs, and proposals as needed. • Conduct discovery sessions to assess client workflows, automation opportunities, and integration requirements. • Serve as a subject matter expert on Kognitos’ platform capabilities, integrations, and AI-driven automation solutions. • Provide feedback to Product and Engineering on customer requirements and potential product improvements. • Support post-sales handoff to ensure smooth implementation and customer success. • Recruit, Enable and Support Kognitos Channel Partners
