• 10+ years selling in healthcare, including 5+ years selling to health plans, with a consistent track record of exceeding targets. • Experience sourcing and closing enterprise health plan contracts, managing the sales cycle across multiple executive stakeholders. • A demonstrated ability to ramp up quickly on complex financial and regulatory domains within healthcare, to build deep fluency in Verse's product, operations, and customer value proposition. • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail to consistently deliver zero-defect work, and experience with CRM tools and other sales and marketing technology is a plus. • Strong written and verbal communication, and a track record of leading others by setting high standards, understanding their motivations, and communicating empathetically. • Willingness to work extended hours when required. • THE REWARDS & REALITY: COMPENSATION, BENEFITS & LOGISTICS • We believe in taking care of our team, both professionally and personally.
