Responsibilities
• Take full control of weekend escalations • Lead the support team handling complex cases • Oversee Sales and Customer Success performance • Ensure administrative systems operate without failure • Make judgment calls confidently • Communicate outcomes clearly and concisely • You are not escalating problems. • You are resolving them. • Authority & Responsibility • During weekend hours: • You are the operational decision-maker • You are the escalation endpoint • You are responsible for outcomes • This is not a coordination role. • This is a command role.
