Requirements

• 10+ years of commercial leadership experience in robotics, automation, industrial technology, AI, or advanced manufacturing. • Proven experience building and scaling enterprise sales across the Middle East, particularly Saudi Arabia and the GCC. • Demonstrated success selling complex technical solutions to enterprise, government, or sovereign customers. • Established network across key regional organisations, including major enterprises, government entities, and strategic partners. • Experience leading strategic partnerships and managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles. • Strong commercial acumen with experience owning revenue targets, forecasting, and business planning. • Exceptional executive presence with outstanding communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. • Ability to operate independently in a fast-moving, early-stage environment and build new markets from scratch.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute Humanoid's commercial strategy across MENA, with an initial focus on Saudi Arabia and the GCC. • Build and manage the regional sales pipeline from strategic introductions through to contract execution. • Develop relationships with C-suite executives, government stakeholders, sovereign wealth funds, ministries, and major enterprise customers. • Secure commercial agreements, pilot programmes, strategic partnerships, and pre-orders for Humanoid's robotics platform. • Identify high-value market opportunities across manufacturing, logistics, automotive, energy, healthcare, defence, and smart cities. • Develop compelling commercial business cases and ROI models that accelerate customer adoption. • Represent Humanoid at executive meetings, industry events, and strategic customer engagements across the region. • Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Leadership to ensure customer feedback shapes product development and go-to-market strategy. • Own regional revenue targets, forecasting, and commercial performance.
