Requirements
• ● Demonstrated experience building and nurturing partner relationships within complex,relationship-driven sales organizations like Allied Solutions, with measurable revenueresults.● Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to influencestakeholders from field sales reps to executive leadership at both interface.ai and AlliedSolutions.● Strong commercial acumen with experience negotiating partner agreements and GTMalignment.● A self-starter mindset with the ability to build programs from scratch and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.● Outstanding communication, presentation, and organizational skills.● Comfort working independently and collaboratively in both remote and in-personenvironments.● Skill in using prompt engineering techniques and AI coworker agents to enhanceproductivity, drive efficiency, and decision-making with generative AI tools.Compensation • Total On Target Earnings (OTE) is expected to be between $160,000–$210,000. Responsibilities
• Requirements● 5+ years of experience in business development, channel sales, or partner sales, with2+ years selling through or working closely with Allied Solutions or a similar relationship-driven distribution network serving financial institutions.● Strong sales focus with a proven track record of generating revenue through partnerchannels and meeting quota targets in high-growth environments.● Deep understanding of the credit union and community banking ecosystem, includingfamiliarity with Allied Solutions’ product portfolio.
