Requirements
• Proven ability to lead and grow client accounts, delivering strategic counsel and high-quality service • Demonstrated success in driving new business, including developing pipelines and converting opportunities • Strong commercial acumen, with experience managing budgets, forecasting and revenue growth • Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with experience developing and mentoring senior team members • Deep understanding of the communications, media and digital landscape, with the ability to translate trends into client value • Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities • High attention to detail and commitment to delivering excellence in all client outputs • Collaborative mindset, with experience working across teams, disciplines and geographies • Proactive, driven and solutions-oriented approach, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
Responsibilities
• Lead and manage senior client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and escalation point for complex client issues • Design, sell and oversee the delivery of high-quality communications strategies informed by insight and expertise • Take ultimate responsibility for the success, performance and growth of key client accounts • Oversee and manage the team’s new business pipeline, setting strategic direction and driving delivery against targets • Identify and secure new business opportunities, including organic growth within existing accounts and new client acquisition • Build and maintain a strong external network to generate business opportunities and enhance Hanover’s market profile • Provide inspirational leadership, promoting Hanover’s values and fostering an inclusive, high-performing team culture • Collaborate across Hanover teams and international offices to deliver integrated client solutions • Ensure the highest standards of quality across all client deliverables through rigorous review and oversight • Lead financial management for the team, including budgeting, forecasting, revenue tracking and profitability
