Requirements

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Contributing to the overall strategic direction of the Solution Consulting team, aligning technology solutions with business objectives, and identifying opportunities for innovation and growth. • Strategic Leadership • Client Engagement: Building and maintaining strong relationships with key client stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and thought leader on marketing technology trends and best practices. You will also network with our strategic partners. • Client Engagement: • Solution Design & Implementation: Overseeing the design and implementation of complex marketing technology solutions, ensuring alignment with client requirements and industry best practices. • Solution Design & Implementation: • New Business Development: Actively participating in new business pursuits, including leading presentations, developing proposals, and contributing to RFIs and RFPs. • New Business Development • Vendor Relationships: Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with key technology vendors (Adobe, Salesforce, Braze, etc.), staying abreast of new product developments and identifying opportunities for collaboration. • Vendor Relationships: • Team Mentorship & Development: Mentoring and developing junior members of the Solution Consulting team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning. • Team Mentorship & Development • Presenting compelling cases and case studies at industry events. • Serve as the go-to technical expert on client projects, working closely with internal teams (Technology, Data, Experience, Strategy). • Act as a translator, transforming ambitious client goals into actionable technology strategies. • Collaborate with our growth team on pitches, RFPs, and high-level scoping. • Stay ahead of the curve by keeping your finger on the pulse of the latest marketing technologies and developing insightful points of view. • Who are you going to work with? • As a valued member of our Solution Consulting team, you'll benefit from a supportive environment where knowledge sharing and collaboration are paramount. You will be working alongside brilliant minds who are passionate about pushing the boundaries of marketing technology. You will be working closely with the Senior Director of Solution Consulting. • You'll collaborate with a diverse network of experts across our global offices, spanning technology, data, experience, and client service teams. You will be a vital part of supporting all of MAP’s capabilities.
