Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS Closing Role. • Experience in closing annual contract values of at least $7K-$10k in software ARR. • Demonstrated success in selling to VP or C-suite executives. • Experience leveraging the SFDC platform to record notes, manage pipeline, and forecast revenue. • Ability to quickly learn and clearly articulate the value propositions for Secureframe’s products to build a consultative relationship with highly technical customers. • Prior experience at a fast-paced startup and ability to adapt well to change. • Experience selling in a highly competitive industry. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Prior experience with security/compliance technology. • Prior experience running a technical sales process.

Responsibilities

• To sell and generate leads for the company's products/services within a set sales target to drive revenue growth. • To build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular communication and understanding their evolving needs. • To identify potential new business opportunities by networking, attending industry events, or leveraging social media platforms. • To manage client accounts effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty to the company's brand. • To collaborate closely with sales team members for cross-promotion of products/services within a targeted market segment. • To maintain an up-to-date knowledge base on industry trends, competitor activities, product developments, and regulatory changes that may impact business operations or client needs. • To provide exceptional customer service by addressing concerns promptly and professionally to retain clients' trust in the company’s brand reputation. • To maintain a professional appearance through appropriate dress code while representing the company at various events/meetings, both virtually and physically. • To effectively manage time between client interactions, administrative tasks such as updating CRM records or following up on leads to ensure smooth operations of business activities within set timelines.
