vanta - Account Executive, LatAm

• Full native fluency in Spanish, with Portuguese a major plus • Direct experience selling into LatAm markets • 5+ years of full-cycle, quota-carrying closing experience, including a transactional/high-velocity sales background, even if your recent roles have skewed toward larger deals • Experience in a founding AE or early-market-building role strongly preferred • Proven ability to self-source pipeline through outbound prospecting and cold outreach; comfortable being the primary driver of your own pipeline rather than relying on inbound • An entrepreneurial, "figure-it-out" mindset with a strong sense of ownership over your territory • Experience in B2B SaaS; a background in cyber/GRC is a plus but not required • Open to using AI to amplify their skills and strengthen their work - demonstrating curiosity, a willingness to learn, and sound judgment in applying AI responsibly to improve efficiency and impact • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for current or future employer sponsorship; East or Central time zone strongly preferred • What you can expect as a Vanta’n: • Industry-competitive salary and equity • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, with 100% of employee-only benefit premiums covered for most medical plans • 16 weeks paid Parental Leave for all new parents • Health & wellness stipend • Remote workspace, internet, and cellphone stipend • Commuter benefits for team members who report to the SF and NYC office
