• 4 - 8 years in data roles, with hands-on experience in both analytics and data engineering • Strong SQL and Python • Experience with Snowflake (or another cloud warehouse) and Looker (or another BI tool) • Experience working with HubSpot CRM data, or with Salesforce data if you're willing to learn HubSpot • A track record of working independently: you've been the first data hire or the only one on a team, or you've built something from scratch without much direction • Comfort presenting to finance and company leaders • dbt, Airbyte, Fivetran or reverse ETL experience • Experience with forecasting and statistical modeling • SalesOps, RevOps or FP&A analytics experience at a marketplace, on-demand, logistics, or insurance company • Comfort using AI tools in your data work (we use Claude and maintain our own plugin marketplace of skills)
