Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required. • 7+ years of human resource experience with 5+ years of HR business partner experience required. • Master’s degree in Human Resources, PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred. • Working Environment: • Ability to thrive in a remote environment. • May require work outside a traditional Monday – Friday work week, and outside normal business hours. • Up to 10% travel may be required. • This Role's Hiring Range • $86,196—$100,000 USD
Responsibilities
• Champion a high performing, inclusive culture, aligned with organizational values and strategy. • Ensure alignment between performance, recognition and career development. • Support organizational changes and business transformation initiatives. • Partner with business leaders on workforce strategies, leveraging key people metrics to inform and drive proactive, strategic workforce planning aligned to business needs. • Advise leaders on organizational design to ensure alignment with strategic priorities and scalable growth. • Collaborate with talent acquisition to support hiring strategies that align with business needs. • Partner with total rewards to support compensation planning, career development and recognition. • Address employee relations issues with a balanced, business focused and employee centered approach. • Coach people leaders on performance management, employee development, and talent management. • Provide guidance and support on employee matters, leave of absence management, policy interpretation and workplace concerns. • Deliver Human Resources projects, programs, and strategies in alignment with team and organizational goals. • Maintains knowledge of best practices, federal, state, and local employment laws/regulations; integrates into employee policies and practices. • Champion key business initiatives and workgroups to drive people strategy • Performs other duties as assigned.
