Requirements
• Extensive enterprise new business sales experience in energy, software, or SaaS. • Proven track record of winning new logos. • Experience executing outbound GTM strategies. • Strong understanding of EMEA energy markets. • Leadership & Management • Experience building high-performing sales teams. • Strong leadership in fast-paced environments. • Cross-functional collaboration experience. • Strategic Thinking & Execution • Ability to operate strategically and tactically. • Data-driven pipeline and forecasting approach. • Experience influencing GTM strategy. • Communication & Influence • Strong executive communication skills. • Experience engaging C-level stakeholders. • Willingness to travel across EMEA. • Based in the UK or near key markets. • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
Responsibilities
• Own and deliver all new business sales across EMEA, with full accountability for pipeline creation, progression, and conversion. • Define and execute a new logo-focused GTM strategy, including segmentation and territory design. • Build and scale an outbound-led pipeline engine in partnership with Marketing. • Lead complex enterprise deals from prospecting through close. • Recruit and lead a high-performance, hunter-focused sales team. • Drive accurate forecasting and strong pipeline discipline. • Partner cross-functionally to deliver compelling value propositions. • Identify and penetrate new markets and accounts. • What Success Looks Like: • Consistent new logo acquisition and revenue growth. • Strong pipeline coverage with predictable conversion. • A high-performing hunter sales culture. • Increased win rates in competitive deals. • Strong alignment between Sales and Marketing.
