• Experience navigating senior client environments. You are comfortable being challenged by a CDIO on data privacy or by a Surgeon on clinical accuracy • You understand how the NHS (or wider Government) actually functions. You know that a great AI tool is useless if it doesn't fit into the clinical workflow or meet Information Governance (IG) standards. • Deep, hands-on experience with at least one major AI ecosystem. You have delivered use cases at scale—moving from a playground environment to a project that has been rolled out to users. • You enjoy lifting the hood and showing others how to build. You are a coach who empowers juniors to become technical practitioners themselves. • You have a healthy skepticism of AI hype.
