• Prioritise EMEA markets and stay close to campaign setup, channel performance, creative testing and paid-media investment decisions. • Help develop local creative briefs and creator inputs for paid growth, with an eye towards brand-building performance. • Connect marketing activity to incremental weekly active users (iWAU) and incremental annual recurring revenue (iARR), with targets aligned with Finance and relevant Growth owners. • Work with regional and central partners on delivery handoffs and shared services. • Have personally owned large paid-media budgets and campaign decisions, and driven measurable growth in a fast-moving consumer technology or comparable product-led environment. • Bring meaningful EMEA market knowledge, hands-on operating depth, sound incrementality judgment and the ability to prioritise and execute without a large team. • Want to start as a senior individual contributor and build towards broader regional marketing ownership.
