Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in a product marketing role in a SaaS or tech company • Experience with partner marketing, channel programs, and creating marketing materials for technical products and services. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated ability to leverage marketing data and understand partner ecosystems. • Excellent communication, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to create compelling content and influence outcomes across multiple stakeholder groups. • Experience creating product led, sales enablement materials • Proven experience leading cross-functional marketing initiatives across multiple departments. • Strong project management skills, with experience in agile marketing methodologies and ability to remove blockers quickly. • Technical proficiency and familiarity with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, etc) and partner portal technologies is a plus. • What Success Looks Like: • Stakeholder Engagement and Collaboration: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across Sales, CS, and Partner teams, aligning marketing initiatives with business needs and delivering actionable product focused, partner enablement materials. • Strategic and Analytical Thinking: Combine strategic marketing vision with attention to detail to solve complex positioning challenges, drive partner adoption improvements, and provide actionable insights through campaign performance analysis. • Campaign and Content Management: Successfully manage multiple marketing campaigns, prioritize content creation, develop marketing roadmaps • Technical Proficiency and Innovation: Leverage marketing technology expertise to design innovative campaigns and guide the team through A/B testing and program optimization. • Communication and Leadership: Demonstrate strong presentation skills, collaborate effectively with senior management and external partners, and lead with empathy to drive team success. • Focus on Continuous Improvement: Actively seek ways to improve marketing processes, partner relationships, and customer experiences, while fostering team development and delivering measurable business impact. • What Growth Looks Like: • Increased expertise in partner ecosystem management, co-marketing strategies, and channel partner enablement best practices. • Become a subject-matter expert in product positioning and competitive differentiation within Electric's market segment. • Develop advanced knowledge of B2B marketing automation, lead nurturing, and partner-driven revenue attribution models. • Develop and deliver on specific partner adoption and product marketing OKRs backed by data-driven campaign optimizations. • If the job is physically demanding, this should be stated in the job description. Responsibilities
• Lead cross-functional marketing initiatives through agile project management, ensuring that campaigns and materials are developed efficiently and align with business objectives. • Own the messaging and positioning of the Electric solutions, synthesizing complex product capabilities into compelling narratives that drive adoption. • Develop and manage a strategic portfolio of assets, including including one-pagers, sell sheets, FAQs, partner pitch decks, and competitive battle cards that arms sales teams to win. • Foster a data-driven marketing culture, leveraging competitive analysis, customer feedback, and campaign performance data to inform marketing strategies. • Manage product update communications to clients and prospects. • Use a combination of quantitative and qualitative data to prioritize marketing initiatives and measure the effectiveness of partner adoption campaigns and product positioning efforts. • Align with the marketing team to develop product nurture campaigns designed to drive partner customer adoption and engagement with the platform. • Define detailed campaign briefs, content requirements, and success metrics in collaboration with marketing, design and analytics teams, covering messaging frameworks, audience and targeting. • Align with the marketing team for development and execution of a full marketing campaign lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery of high-impact marketing assets.
