Requirements

Responsibilities
• Expert Knowledge: Demonstrate extensive knowledge of the trading and crypto industries, including market trends, regulations, and key players, to make informed business decisions. • Expert Knowledge: • Affiliate Recruitment: Proactively search for and attract new affiliates, VIP traders and trading/crypto communities and influencers, fostering strategic partnerships to enhance our network. • Affiliate Recruitment: • Results-Driven Approach: Implement strategies and campaigns to drive measurable results, focusing on creating content, increasing trading volume, acquiring new users, and promoting active transactions through affiliate channels. • Results-Driven Approach: • Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong business relationships with VIP and affiliates, ensuring their needs are met and aligning their strategies with our business objectives for mutual growth. • Relationship Building: • Partnership Expansion: Initiate and participate in meetings with partners, exploring opportunities to expand cooperation and strengthen existing relationships, both locally and internationally. • Partnership Expansion: • Collaboration with Product Team: Collaborate closely with colleagues from the product department, providing valuable market insights to optimize product offerings and attract qualified users. • Collaboration with Product Team: • Competitor Analysis: Stay updated on competitors' advantages and industry trends, utilizing this knowledge to refine our strategies, maintain a competitive edge, and capitalize on market gaps. • Competitor Analysis: • What We Look For In You • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent years of experience) • Fluency in English and Polish • Proven experience in affiliate operations, performance marketing, or BD within crypto, finance, or trading - especially in Poland • Strong analytical skills, with hands-on experience using data/BI tools (e.g. Excel, SQL, Tableau/Looker or • Solid understanding of affiliate marketing operations: tracking, attribution, campaign management • Highly organized, process-oriented, and comfortable owning operational details end-to-end • Goal-oriented mindset, with a focus on measurable results and continuous optimization • Understanding of financial market dynamics and regulations relevant to the Polish/Eastern European region
