BVNK - Legal Operations Manager
Requirements

Responsibilities
• Tooling & Workflow Development: Build, configure, and maintain day-to-day tools (e.g., LawVu, Salesforce, Jira, Slack) and workflows to support legal operations. Partner with engineers and product teams to design scalable systems. • Contract Management: Own the end-to-end lifecycle of contracts, including templates, versioning, automation, alerts, and integration with other business systems. • Data & Reporting: Create dashboards, track legal KPIs, and maintain legal data integrity across platforms. Use insights to drive team efficiency and prioritisation. • Vendor & Spend Management: Manage external counsel relationships, track legal spend, oversee invoice processing, and support budgeting and forecasting. • Project Management: Lead key legal initiatives, such as licensing applications and operationalisations, tool integrations, audits, and regulatory readiness. Own timelines, risks, and delivery outcomes. • AI & Automation: Identify and implement AI or automation opportunities (e.g., contract analysis, workflow routing, doc generation) to reduce manual effort. • Training & Enablement: Train legal and business teams on tooling and processes; promote self-service and adoption of scalable systems. • What we need from you: • Legal operations or project/program management experience in a fast-paced legal, compliance or similar team. • Comfortable building workflows directly in tools like Salesforce, LawVu or similar (not just overseeing implementation). • Experience building out automations, AI programmes and workflow optimisations • Strong technical fluency: can speak the language of engineers, draft requirements, and test configurations. • Highly organised with experience managing complex, cross-functional projects. • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and partner across legal, engineering, product, and commercial teams. • Proficient in tools like Slack, Jira, Google Workspace, DocuSign, and data reporting tools (e.g. Quicksite).
