Requirements
• Must-Haves • 5–8+ years of HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, or People Partner experience. • Experience supporting fast-paced SaaS, technology, startup, or scale-up environments. • Strong expertise in organizational development, talent management, succession planning, and leadership coaching. • Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and translate business strategy into people initiatives. • Experience using HR metrics, workforce analytics, and data-driven decision-making. • Proven track record of leveraging AI and technology to improve HR processes and outcomes. • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills. • Nice-to-Haves • Experience working in remote-first, distributed international organizations. • Exposure to European employment environments and multi-country workforce management. • HR-related tertiary qualification or equivalent professional experience. • Based in Germany, Spain, Italy, or another European location where Jimdo operates.
