• Senior or staff-level product experience with complex, technical products. Experience with B2B platforms, APIs or developer-facing tools is a plus but not required. • You can break down complex user journeys, and read their performance. You have used those insights to improve conversion on funnels you owned. • You care about craft, and have shipped user-facing interfaces at scale. You notice the importance of details to build a surprisingly great product. • You can reason about systems, understand and shape new primitives required to build products which are both scalable and flexible. • You're comfortable going deep with engineers on data models, APIs and architecture trade-offs. • You prototype, test ideas quickly and use AI in your own work where relevant to give you and your team leverage. • You are a clear communicator who can articulate strategies, reasoning and decisions for others. • Experience in KYC or compliance is not required.
