• 3–8 years of post-undergrad experience in investment banking, private equity, growth equity, venture capital, and/or strategic finance at a high-growth SaaS startup • Strong modeling fluency: you build clean, defensible financial models and are comfortable with cohort analysis, unit economics, and scenario planning • Fluency in SaaS metrics: ARR, NDR, GRR, CAC, payback, magic number, burn multiple, gross margin, and cohort retention • A hands-on operator's mindset — you live in the model, run the budget, and drive decisions, not just produce decks • The temperament to hold founders and senior leaders accountable on budget, spend, and runway, and to push back when needed • Comfort with ambiguity; you build the playbook as you go and don't need defined scope to be effective • An AI-native approach to finance — modern FP&A stack, automation, and AI tooling, not legacy Excel-only workflows • In-house experience at a high-growth SaaS or AI-native startup (Series A–C) • Direct experience with SaaS pricing and packaging changes • Experience managing procurement and SaaS / AI spend in a high-growth environment • Exposure to fundraising processes (data room prep, model diligence, investor narrative) • Strong written communication — turning complex financial analysis into clear strategic recommendations • If you're excited about Rally and this role but don't meet every requirement, we'd still encourage you to apply!
