LVT - Warehouse Coordinator
Requirements
• Proven Autonomy: 4+ years of experience in warehouse operations, parts coordination, or inventory management, with a demonstrated track record of successfully running a facility solo. • Proven Autonomy: • Technical Aptitude: Strong hands-on mechanical and technical capability, comfortable assembling complex component kits and performing basic computer/hardware configurations. • Technical Aptitude: • Systems Proficiency: Experience working within modern ERP, CRM, or specialized Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to track inventory and ship orders accurately. • Systems Proficiency: • Extreme Ownership: A self-starting professional who thrives without direct, daily on-site supervision and treats the warehouse facility with a high degree of accountability. • Extreme Ownership: • Meticulous Organization: Exceptional attention to detail, maintaining order accuracy and pristine inventory records even during peak shipping cycles. • Meticulous Organization: • Clear Communicator: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with remote managers, logistical partners, and corporate teams.\ • Clear Communicator: • Background Screening: Pursuant to the California Fair Chance Act and applicable local ordinances, any employer-mandated background checks or criminal history reviews will only be conducted after a conditional offer of employment has been made. Responsibilities
• End-to-End Order Fulfillment: Independently pick, pack, and process daily parts shipments through major carriers (UPS, FedEx, DHL) ensuring flawless data entry in our ERP/Sales tracking systems. • End-to-End Order Fulfillment: • Kitting & Assembly: Efficiently build, configure, and assemble technical parts and multi-component kits to exact technical standards, preparing them for immediate, seamless installation in the field. • Kitting & Assembly: • Autonomous Inventory Management: Drive strict inventory control by updating stock counts, performing cycle counts, conducting audits, and flagging raw material shortages before they impact operations. • Autonomous Inventory Management: • Hardware Configuration: Validate and configure specific hardware components to ensure proper communication with LVT’s core software platforms prior to distribution. • Hardware Configuration: • Warehouse Self-Management: Maintain absolute organizational excellence, safety compliance, and cleanliness across the local warehouse space, acting as the sole point of contact for the facility. • Warehouse Self-Management: • Cross-Functional Communication: Act as the direct on-site liaison to the broader LVT supply chain network, providing clear updates on order throughput, backorders, and local log jams. • Cross-Functional Communication: • Quality Assurance: Inspect all incoming raw parts and outgoing shipments to uphold LVT's high standards of hardware reliability and customer satisfaction. • Quality Assurance:
