Atwell, LLC - Land Solutions Project Manager, Energy Utility, Remote

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Science, Land Planning, Land Surveying, or equivalent • 4+ years of project management experience in the energy industry, with a focus on property rights and easement acquisition • Hands-on experience supporting electric, gas, or energy utility clients on land and ROW programs • Expertise in land agreements and negotiations — ROW easements, surface leases, encroachment agreements, rights of entry, fee property, and damage settlements • Working knowledge of regulations governing right of way and other property rights • Experience with Vision as a project management tool • AAPL or SR/WA certification is a plus • You're a client-focused, independent professional who knows how to navigate complex utility land programs with persistence and precision. You communicate clearly, manage competing priorities without losing sight of quality, and bring a collaborative mindset to everything you do.
