Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Science, Land Planning, Land Surveying, or equivalent • 4+ years of project management experience with a focus on electric transmission, utility infrastructure, or energy-related land and ROW work • Strong background in easement acquisition and land agreements specific to transmission or high-voltage infrastructure projects • Expertise negotiating ROW easements, surface leases, encroachment agreements, rights of entry, fee property, and damage settlements • Familiarity with FERC, state utility commission regulations, and property rights frameworks relevant to transmission development • Experience with Vision as a project management tool • AAPL or SR/WA certification is a plus • You thrive in a fast-paced environment where long-term client relationships and complex land programs intersect. You're dependable, solutions-oriented, and bring a natural ease to client communication. You understand the stakes of transmission infrastructure work and approach your projects with the focus and accountability that kind of work demands.
