• Prepare patients for physicians • Take medical information over the phone • Document medical history, medications, dosing, and primary complaint • Obtain baseline vitals and verify baseline labs • Conduct KCCQ survey • Answer incoming calls • Engage in confirmation calls for upcoming appointments • Perform chart checks and engage in chart prep prior to patient visits • Schedule follow up appointments and labs • Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and risk mitigation • Execute policies that promote the best patient experience
