• Advanced life sciences degree (MD, PhD, or PharmD) • 2–3+ years of experience within a medical communications agency • Demonstrated expertise in medical/scientific writing and content development • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and timelines in a fast-paced environment • Experience collaborating with clients, key opinion leaders, and cross-functional teams • Prior experience mentoring or managing medical writers • Exposure to regulatory review processes and advisory board development • Familiarity with competitive intelligence and therapeutic landscape analysis • Experience supporting new business development or client growth initiatives

Benefits
