Requirements
• 3–6 years of sales experience in SaaS, GovTech, or public sector environments • Demonstrated ability to manage high-velocity sales cycles • Strong communication and organizational skills • Comfort engaging a range of public safety stakeholders • Willingness to travel regionally between 25% to 50% cyclically. • Versaterm does not use AI in the recruitment process. Responsibilities
• Prospect new public safety customers within assigned territory • Qualify leads to understand agency operations and challenges • Close sales with consistency and structure in multiple concurrent cycles • Conduct discovery for deal qualification using MEDDIC fundamentals • Partner with Solutions Engineering team for demonstrations and evaluations of DroneSense by Versaterm • Manage CRM data, maintain pipeline hygiene, and discipline forecasting accuracy • Represent the company at regional events and agency meetings
