Requirements
• 2+ years of proven sales success, owning and executing the full sales cycle end to end, ideally in SaaS or other high-velocity environments. • Software demonstration preferred • Experience using CRM and sales engagement tools • Strong communication and presentation skills • Confidence engaging with business decision-makers • HCM, HR tech, or recruiting software experience is a plus • Formal sales training is a plus
Responsibilities
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close • Build pipeline through outbound activity, strategic outreach, and follow-up • Run discovery calls that uncover business pain points and hiring challenges • Deliver engaging, consultative product demos that showcase the value of Employ’s solutions • Create urgency, manage multiple opportunities, and drive deals forward with speed and precision • Consistently exceed monthly and quarterly revenue goals • Maintain a disciplined, high-activity approach to pipeline generation and opportunity management • Leverage sales tools, enablement resources, and CRM workflows to maximize efficiency • Collaborate with teammates and leadership to continuously improve processes, messaging, and execution • Bring energy, positivity, and a winning mindset to the team every day
