Responsibilities
• Coordinate interview scheduling across multiple calendars and time zones • Support recruiters and hiring managers with recruiting administration • Manage candidate communication throughout the interview process • Maintain and update candidate records in Ashby ATS • Create and manage interview scheduling workflows • Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience • Assist with job posting management and recruiting operations tasks • Track recruiting tasks, follow-ups, and interview logistics • Help maintain recruiting process documentation and organization • Support recruiting projects and ad hoc operational needs • Ideal Background • Ideal Background • 1 to 2 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR support, customer support, executive admin, or operations • Strong written communication and organization skills • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment • Able to manage multiple priorities and quick turnaround times • Detail-oriented and reliable with strong follow-through • Experience in ATS platforms, specifically with Ashby ATS is a strong plus • specifically with Ashby ATS is a strong plus • Comfortable working cross-functionally with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates • Strong calendar management and scheduling skills • Tools You May Work In • Google Workspace • Linkedin Recruiter • Internal project management tools • 🌟 What You’ll Love About Working at Olly Olly
