Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, engineering, logistics, business, or related field. Ideally someone with experience handling a variety of parts in a fast-paced environment. • 1+ years' experience in supply chain with evidence showing an exceptional ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously. • Proven experience working in a supply chain organization focused on new technologies, the NPI process, and in a startup environment. • Exceptionally strong communication and negotiation skills that demonstrate an ability to communicate visually, verbally, and in writing. • Experience working with engineering teams (mechanical and electrical) • Ability to work well under pressure while simultaneously managing competing priorities, challenges, and risks. Effective response to adapting to these competing priorities, risks, and program changes as needed and quickly. • Please note: This role requires working on-site 5 days a week. Responsibilities
