Requirements
• Campaign Management • Campaign Management • Ability to project manage multiple acquisition campaigns concurrently • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and approvals as well as ensure, diligent and timely delivery of acquisition campaigns • Performance Marketing • At least 2 years hands-on experience in Google AdWords, Meta Business Manager • Experience with email marketing platforms such as Braze is a plus • Data & Measurement • Data & Measurement • Comfortable working with analytics tools such as Google Analytics • Experience building dashboards and defining core performance metrics is a plus • Usage of AI • Comfortable using AI tools like chatgpt / Claude in marketing tasks • Openness to learn and upskill in this area • Ability to demonstrate usage of AI in marketing workflows / tasks is an advantage • Stakeholder Communication & Business Support • Strong communication to share performance insights with business stakeholders • Ability to translate acquisition metrics into actionable business recommendations • 3-4 years of experience in performance or acquisition marketing, preferably in a fintech, marketplace / e-comm, marketing agency or tech company • Experience managing digital marketing campaigns end to end in-house or in an agency setting • Experience using customer engagement platforms like Braze is a plus • Certifications (Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, SEO, etc.) are a bonus • MoneySmart Culture Values & Tenets • The traits we admire are core intrinsic qualities we look for in someone we want on our team, and we look for people who are Hungry, Humble and Smart. Responsibilities
• Performance Marketing • Optimise search & social campaigns with the guidance and support of the Acquisitions Lead • Execute test & learn campaigns and report on them as defined by the acquisitions lead as well as pro-actively suggest new areas of optimisation • Own your own personal upskilling in areas such as campaign optimisation, usage of analytics platforms and AI • Pro-actively adopt AI within your processes and upskill yourself • Campaign Management & Reporting • Own end to end weekly reporting and forecasts for the business unit assigned to you • Coordinate and execute performance marketing campaigns; from brief to delivery and reporting • Support delivery of sponsored content and Media Sales campaigns • Email Marketing • Email Marketing • Manage the email marketing calendar and coordinate with various stakeholders on delivery and reporting • Stakeholder management & P&L responsibility • Work closely with key stakeholders in commercial and sales teams to drive business objectives including, revenue and gross profit • Manage and allocate marketing budgets across various channels and between verticals • Test & Learn • Work closely with the acquisitions lead to define and execute on the test & learn strategy • Actively propose, analyse and execute marketing tests
