• Source, pitch, negotiate, and close partnerships with asset issuers, Solana ecosystem projects, and broad ecosystem participants to drive Sunrise adoption. • Cultivate and manage strong relationships with blockchain protocols, crypto startups, DAOs, and enterprise clients, driving adoption and integration of our solutions and services. • Partner with product and engineering teams to support launches and align GTM strategies with client needs. • Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and performance metrics to identify growth opportunities and optimize strategies. • Build, manage, and execute a structured sales pipeline to ensure consistent lead generation and successful deal closure. • Work closely with internal teams, including engineering and operations, to deliver seamless client solutions and drive successful outcomes. • WHAT WE LOOK FOR IN YOU • Experience: 4+ years in business development, sales, or strategy roles within blockchain, crypto, fintech, or SaaS industries.
