• Proven experience in Business Development within fintech 3+ years, in payments , banking or related from 5 years • Strong expertise in payment acquiring, merchant accounts, banking, APM's • Demonstrated experience building partnerships and launching payment channels across the APAC region • Good understanding of the AI market and the ability to identify commercial opportunities within the ecosystem • Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment with the ability to manage ambiguity and move quickly • Strong commercial mindset with excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills • Self-starter with a proactive, hands-on, and can-do attitude • Fluency in English and Mandarin is required
