DataDome - Global Accounting Director
Requirements
• 10–12 years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership experience in a multi-entity environment (ideally SaaS/technology). • Strong technical accounting background with demonstrated ability to own complex judgments (revenue recognition, commissions/costs, consolidation, intercompany, FX). • Proven track record of leading external audits and strengthening audit readiness and controls. • Hands-on understanding of consolidation processes (monthly/annually), intercompany eliminations, and group reporting cadence. • Strong systems orientation; experience driving accounting process/tool improvements (ERP and adjacent finance tooling). • International / Communication Requirements • Fluent professional English (written and spoken)—used daily with US and Singapore stakeholders, auditors, and advisors. • Ability to communicate accounting topics clearly to senior non-finance stakeholders and to influence decision-making across time zones and cultures. • Leadership • Leadership • Proven people leadership skills (coaching, performance management, team scaling). • Strong executive presence, structured approach, and ability to set standards and hold teams accountable.
