Requirements

Responsibilities
• STRATEGIC FINANCE & FP&A • Partner with the VP Finance and Head of B2B to drive the growth and profitability roadmap, with deep visibility into ACV, GRR, NRR and unit economics • Build and own the B2B forecast model - pipeline-to-revenue conversion, bookings, margin, and cash • Lead financial storytelling for B2B performance across board discussions, investment decisions, and pricing strategy • Move FP&A from manual to predictive: introduce AI-powered tooling, automated variance analysis, and scalable reporting infrastructure • Partner with Sales and RevOps on funnel economics, quota design, and incentive alignment • Own the deal desk - balancing growth, discounting discipline, and legal compliance • Build and maintain a KPI framework connecting pipeline health, bookings, margin, and cash • LEGAL, CONTRACTING & COMPLIANCE • Formalize contracting, deal governance, and terms of service with Legal • Maintain the right contract entities across global markets for tax efficiency and compliance • Integrate Salesforce, ERP, and analytics systems into a single source of truth for B2B reporting • Champion AI-native workflows - from prompt-driven analysis to automated data pipelines - to raise the team's analytical ceiling
