Requirements
• Key ownership areas • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Engagement and Product on the decisions that drive growth: pricing and packaging, sales capacity and quota planning, unit economics and payback, and GTM efficiency. • Own the operating model, annual plan and forecasts, and track how we perform against them. • Own monthly board and investor reporting, from the numbers through to the narrative. • Build the analytics and dashboards leadership uses to run the business. • Support fundraising and investor relations: model, materials, data room and investor Q&A. • 2–4 years in investment banking, consulting, private equity or strategic finance. • You can build an operating model from a blank sheet, not just update one. • You turn messy data into a clear point of view, and can explain it plainly to a founder or a board member. • You take a problem and own it. You'd rather deliver the answer than hand off the deck. • You find building the playbook appealing. • You're excited to use AI to do analysis faster and better, not just to use the tools you're handed. • Bonus: SQL or data tooling (e.g. Hex), or exposure to B2B SaaS metrics.
