Responsibilities
• · Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet organizational revenue goals. • · Lead, motivate, and coach the sales team to exceed performance targets. • · Establish and maintain relationships with key clients and prospects to drive sales • · Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. • · Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product) to improve customer engagement. • · Ensure accurate and timely reporting on sales metrics and forecasts.
