Requirements

• 8+ years in GTM leadership, with direct ownership of at least two of: marketing, SDR, enablement, or RevOps • Track record scaling a B2B company through a step-change in revenue • Fluency in enterprise sales cycles with technical buyers; payments, fintech, or infrastructure background strongly preferred • Strong quantitative skills, with the ability to defend assumptions like CAC payback in front of a board • Comfortable operating across regions with different competitive dynamics and buying behavior • Builder instinct and high level of ownership, with no need for an existing playbook
