Requirements

Responsibilities
• Manage a portfolio of practitioner accounts across onboarding, growth, and retention stages. • Conduct calls, meetings, and training sessions to support practitioner understanding and use of the platform. • Guide practitioners through acquisition, adoption, and optimization stages by aligning Fullscript capabilities to their workflows and goals. • Identify practitioner needs, challenges, and opportunities through discovery and ongoing engagement. • Support practitioners in progressing from initial use to consistent and effective execution. • Communicate regularly via email, phone, and virtual meetings to maintain engagement and momentum. • Document all practitioner interactions, activities, and follow-ups in CRM systems. • Identify risks to adoption or engagement and take action to address them or escalate when needed. • Gather and relay practitioner feedback, insights, and product-related observations to internal teams. • Develop a strong working knowledge of Fullscript’s product offerings, including supplements, diagnostics, wholesale, and integrations. • Build and maintain trusted relationships with practitioners to support long-term engagement and retention. • Occasional travel for team meetings or company events
