Requirements

• 2+ years in growth engineering, marketing ops, technical sales or a similar role at a startup. • Strong scripting skills (Python or JavaScript) and comfort with APIs, SQL and spreadsheets. • Hands-on experience with a CRM and outbound tools (HubSpot, Apollo or similar) and email deliverability basics. • Data-driven, fast and very organized; you like seeing a metric move because of something you built. • Experience marketing to researchers, healthcare organizations or technical buyers. • Experience with Framer, Webflow or similar site builders.

Responsibilities

• Build and run outbound and lifecycle programs across email, LinkedIn and events, from targeting and enrichment to sequencing and follow-up. • Build data pipelines that find and score prospects (research publications, grants, institutions, companies) and keep our CRM clean. • Own the website and signup funnels: landing pages, forms, analytics, A/B tests and conversion. • Automate workflows across HubSpot, enrichment tools and our own product data. • Report what's working each week and double down on it.

Benefits

• $130,000 – $180,000 per year, plus equity. Final offer depends on experience and location.
