Responsibilities
• Team Leadership & Development: Manage and develop a global team of data scientists and partnership managers, ensuring efficient operations and career growth within the Marketing Science function. • Team Leadership & Development: • Strategic Bets Oversight: Drive the execution of strategic bets including platform research & insights, 3P solutions enablement as well as scaled tooling & productivity solutions. • Strategic Bets Oversight: • Research & Methodology: Direct the development of various measurement methodologies, algorithms, and tools—such as attitudinal survey research, ROI measurement, and causal inference—to support global sales efforts. • Research & Methodology: • Partnership Management: Manage the implementation and activation of partner solution programs for clients, acting as the primary liaison between external 3P measurement partners and Reddit internal teams. • Partnership Management: • Technical Informatics: Oversee a data informatics team focused on delivering technology-based solutions, including clean room implementations, AI tooling, and ML productivity. • Technical Informatics: • Insights & Narratives: Support the creation of 1P and 3P research, meta-analyses, and case studies that communicate Reddit’s value to internal and external stakeholders. • Insights & Narratives: • Industry Representation: Represent Reddit to the larger research and analytics industry through speaking engagements, white papers, and conferences. • Industry Representation: • Operational Excellence:

We set standard base pay ranges for all roles based on function, level, and country location, benchmarked against similar stage growth companies. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including, skills, depth of work experience and relevant licenses/credentials, and may vary from the amounts listed below. • The base salary range for this position is: • $194,600—$272,400 USD • In select roles and locations, the interviews will be recorded, transcribed and summarized by artificial intelligence (AI).
