Responsibilities

• Manage and develop talent acquisition strategies to attract top candidates for the organization's needs. • Oversee all aspects of recruitment processes from sourcing through hiring decisions while ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements. • Develop, implement, and monitor a comprehensive Talent Management System (TMS) that aligns with organizational goals to enhance employee performance and retention. • Analyze workforce data using AI tools for insights into recruitment trends, candidate quality, and hiring efficiency while ensuring the privacy of personal information is respected as per company policy. • Collaborate closely with HR team members to ensure a seamless integration between talent acquisition strategies and broader human resources functions such as onboarding, training, performance management, and succession planning.
