Requirements
• 7+ years of experience in consulting, healthcare technology, or customer success, ideally with exposure to AMCs or large health systems • Strong stakeholder management skills with experience navigating complex, multi-site environments • Background in program/project management and cross-functional execution; comfortable working across technical and non-technical teams • Prior people management experience, with the ability to build and scale teams over time • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments • Strong communication and presentation skills, including experience engaging senior stakeholders • Experience in clinical trials or oncology • Background in Consulting • MBA or business-focused academic background • Experience with post-merger integration • At Paradigm Health, we are committed to providing equal employment opportunities to all qualified individuals. Responsibilities
• Own and expand AMC partnerships post-acquisition, deepening relationships and driving increased adoption of Paradigm’s solutions • Build and manage relationships across all levels, including senior stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Implementation to deliver value and unlock growth opportunities • Lead partnership operations, including performance tracking, reporting, and alignment across provider success teams
