Requirements
• Proven Transformation Experience: 5+ years of successful Channel Leadership in a mix of core IT infrastructure technology, Cloud, and Disruptive Technology with a demonstrable track record of successfully evolving a channel’s focus from legacy tech to revolutionary high-growth solutions. • Personal Influence & Network: A heavy footprint of deep, long-standing relationships with the most influential channel partners and distributors across METCA, CEE, and CIS. You are more than just a known and respected entity in these markets, you are the moon on the tides. • Personal Influence & Network: • METCA, CEE, and CIS • Architect Mindset: You don't just follow a GTM plan; you build one. Responsibilities
• Ecosystem Transformation: Lead the pivot from legacy storage sales to a software-defined, consumption-based portfolio. You will define how partners integrate Portworx, Pure Fusion, and EXA into their own service catalogues. • Ecosystem Transformation: • Portworx, Pure Fusion, and EXA • Strategic Leadership & Culture: Lead and inspire a diverse team of PAMs across multiple time zones and cultures.
