Requirements

• English fluency is a must. Proficiency in additional languages is a significant advantage, as it allows you to connect with a wider pool of global talent. • A genuine desire to understand new cultures and learn innovative sourcing strategies. • A proactive mindset: you create opportunities rather than wait for them. • The ability to communicate ideas clearly and engagingly, both verbally and in writing. • A keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources (Relaciones Laborales y Recursos Humanos), Business Administration (ADE), International Relations (Relaciones Internacionales) or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Conduct direct sourcing activities to identify potential candidates for Aleph in 100+ countries. • Use a variety of sourcing techniques to build a robust candidate pipeline. • Engage potential candidates globally through appealing outreach methods. • Collaborate with hiring managers and recruiters to understand specific candidate needs and profiles. • Maintain and update candidate databases. • Partner with our Talent Advisors to support global searches and strengthen the business.
